应用组织芯片技术检测胃肠道间质瘤中MMP-2,MMP-9的表达及与临床病理行为的关系

Expression and It's Significance of MMP-2,MMP-9 in Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor by Tissue Micro-array

目的检测基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在GIST中的表达及其与临床病理行为的关系。方法收集124例GIST标本,用组织芯片和免疫组织化学法检测MMP-2,MMP-9表达。结果在124例GIST中,MMP-2阳性表达81例(65.3%);MMP-9阳性表达74例(59.7%);其表达与GIST侵袭转移、NIH分级、黏膜受侵有相关性,二者之间呈正相关(r=0.716,P<0.05)。结论 MMP-2,MMP-9在GIST组织中高表达,这为揭示GIST的发生发展提供了新的理论依据。

Objective To investigate the expression and it＇s significance of MMP-2,MMP-9 in human GIST.Methods 124 GIST specimens and their normal counterparts were used to detect protein expression of MMP-2,MMP-9.Result The positive expression of MMP-2 was seen in 81 cases of 124 cases of GIST（65.3%）;the positive expression of MMP-9 was seen in 74 cases of 124 cases of human GIST（59.7%）.The expression was closely related to NIH classification,mucosal invasion and metastasis.The positive correlation was observed in the 3 genes.Conclusion The expression of MMP-2,MMP-9 was up-regulated in GIST and they might play an important role in the genesis and development of GIST.
