合成法甲醇生产,都基于CO、CO2与H2的催化加成反应.由于工艺原因,甲醇合成塔及后续粗醇分离设备内均易沉积含有蜡质的结垢,这是带有共性的问题.蜡质垢与水垢和其它工艺结垢性质相差极大,采用常规酸洗和机械方法除蜡垢效果不好.
The wax scale in synthetic system of methanol is produced by the manufacture process though catalytic reaction of CO and CO2 with H2, its main compositions are metal oxide (that is Al2O3, ZnO and CuO) and wax (that is C18C24 saturation branched-chain alkanes mixture). The property of this deposit is different from any water scale and other scale. Use HF003-NTA complexing method can dissolve the wax scale efficiently.
