摘要
介绍了一种真空电子零件采用非ODS滚磨除油代替TCA脱脂和滚磨的二合一工艺.阐述了在滚磨除油工艺中滚磨和除油的原理以及在生产中的实际应用,介绍滚磨过程中磨料的运动、滚磨机振幅和频率的选择,以及对脱脂滚磨液的一些特殊要求.采用此加工工艺后,磨削率和生产效率明显提高,工序生产成本仅为原工艺的1/14.
The non-ODS tumbling-degreasing technique replaces both the degreasing processs with TCA and tumbling process is introduced. The tumbling and degreasing principle in the tumbling-degreasing technique, the movement of abrasive in the tumbling course are discussed, the choice of tumbling machine's amplitude and frequency, and some special demands for tumbling-degreasing liquid. When we use this technique, the grinding rate and the manufacture efficiency are improving greatly. This technique gives us a new idea for eliminate ODS.
