摘要
引荐以天然气为原料的制氨、氢及甲醇装置原料气饱和器工艺新技术。饱和器可因原料气中所含硫分存在形式的不同 ,设置于转化炉上游的脱硫槽前序或后序。原料气饱和器除有效脱除工艺冷凝液中的有害杂质外 ,主要是借系统中可利用的低位热源使原料气饱和 ,节省大量中压工艺蒸汽 ,以收取经济与环保两者的双重效益。
Advanced process technology for feed gas saturator(FGS), which is equipped in ammonia, hydrogen and methanol plants using natural gas as a feed,is reviewed. Main function of FGS is taking full use of low grade heat resource in the system to saturate the feed gas with the saving of MP steam.
