摘要
本文报道了用 Czochralski 方法生长 Nd∶ Gd V O4 晶体,测量了该晶体的偏振吸收谱和荧光谱,表明晶体在808 .5nm 有吸收峰,其发射波长在1064nm 。晶体中掺 Nd 浓度的原子分数为1 .56 % 的 Nd∶ Gd V O4 的4 F3/2 荧光寿命为100μs 。用激光二极管泵浦1m m 厚的 Nd∶ Gd V O4 晶体,得到了超过1 W1064nm 的输出光,泵浦阈值为20m W,光光转换效率为55 .9 % ,斜效率为63 % 。
Nd∶GdVO 4 crystal has been grown by using Czochralski method.The polarization absorption and emission spectra of Nd∶GdVO 4 crystal have been measured.The wavelength of the main absorption peak is centered at 808.5nm,and that of the emission peak is centered at 1064nm.The fluorescence lifetime of 4 F 3/2 for 1.56 at% Nd 3+ doped in GdVO 4 crystal is 100μs.Up to 1W output power laser at 1064nm is obtained when Nd∶GdVO 4 crystal is pumped by laser diode (LD) at 808.5nm ,the pumping threshold is 20mW,the light light conversion efficiency is 55.9%,and the slope efficiency is 63%.
