摘要
针对传统电路板检测的问题,基于虚拟仪器技术设计了一种通用电路板检测系统;该系统采用USB总线,选用阿尔泰公司的USB2812数据采集卡构建了系统硬件平台;尽量用软件代替硬件,在Lab Windows/CVI软件开发环境下完成软件设计,采用相关的检测算法完成待测信号特征的辨识,大大减少了系统硬件电路,提高了系统可靠性和测试精度;同时,采用了多线程技术和数据库技术,提高了检测效率和系统的通用性;在实际应用中,该系统软硬件兼容性好,运行稳定,取得了极好的效果。
Designs a general circuit board inspection system based on virtual instrument technology to solve the traditional circuit board testing problems.The system uses the USB bus,and chooses the ART company's DAQ card USB2812 to construct the hardware platform.Uses software to instead of hardware as far as possible.Uses the relevant test method to complete the identification of signal characteristics tested,greatly reducing the hardware circuit and improving the system reliability and precision.Meanwhile,uses multi-threading technology and database technology to improve test efficiency and versatility of the system.The system has preferable consequence in practical applications.
