摘要
为了解决当前供热中存在的供热效率低、供热不平衡、污染严重、能量浪费等诸多问题,设计开发了针对供热行业的热网微机监控系统。系统采用了中央集中控制的方法,通过科学系统的调节换热站一次网流量,解决了供热不平衡、水力失调、能源浪费、环境污染等问题。该套系统已成功运用在很多热电企业,达到了无人值守、节能减排的目的及热网失调度小于1%的先进技术指标。同时在改善环境质量、节约能源、提高人民生活水平等方面起到了重要的作用。
In view of low efficiency,unbalanced heating,heavy pollution,energy wasting,and many other issues at the current heating method,this paper design a new heating network computer monitoring system which is aimed at the heating industry.Use the centralized control method,this system can solve the above-mentioned facts by adjust primary network flow of heat exchanging station logically.It has been successfully applied in many thermoelectric enterprises.It's merits are lights-out,energy conservation and emission reduction,heat network imbalance degree less-than1%.The system plays an important role in improving the Quality of the environment,saving energy,and increasing the level of life has received good effect.
