摘要 针对目前便携式气体浓度数据采集仪体积大、功耗高以及功能单一等缺点,采用Microchip公司基于XLP技术的低功耗器件—PIC16F193X设计了一款多功能、小体积、低功耗的便携式数据采集仪。本文首先分析了整个系统的硬件低功耗设计原理,然后针对系统的低功耗特点,进行了低功耗的软件程序设计。整个软件采用了基于有限状态机的设计,最后对整个系统进行了低功耗特性测试,测试结果表明采用这种设计方法比传统的设计方法能延长便携式数据采集仪的工作时间6倍以上。 The present portable acquisition device for gas concentration has many disadvantages including big volume,high power consumption and single function.On account of these disadvantages,we designed a new portable gas concentration acquisition device with characters of small volume,low power consumption and multifunction by using the low-power chips—PIC16F193X which was based on the technology of XLP and belonged to Microchip Company.In this paper,we first analyzed the low-consumption design principle of hardware for the whole system,and then a corresponding low-power consumption program was designed according to the character of low-power consumption.The whole software program in fact was designed based on finite state machine.Finally,low-power consumption test was performed for the whole system.Testing results turned out that the new method of design could prolong the working time six times comparing with the conventional method.
