摘要
金黄色葡萄球菌能够产生多种肠毒素,它们被认为是引起葡萄球菌食物中毒最主要的原因.本文主要针对从鸡源分离的金黄色葡萄球菌菌株肠毒素基因K进行检测.利用金黄色葡萄球菌的16S rRNA基因引物对30株分离株进行鉴定;采用肠毒素基因K的上下游引物分别对30株分离菌株DNA进行PCR扩增.结果表明30株分离株中含肠毒素基因K的菌株达到17株,检测率占56.7%.通过本研究可以看出鸡源金黄色葡萄球菌分离菌株中肠毒素基因K的分布状况,揭示了新型肠毒素基因K在分离菌株中的高检出率.
Staphylococcus aureus produces a spectrum of enterotoxins which are recognized as the main reason for causing staphylococcal food poisoning.The aim of the study is to detect sek gene in Staphylococcus aureus isolated from chicken.On the basis of amplification of the 16S rRNA specific to S.aureus,all isolates are identified for S.aureus.The primers of sek gene are used to amplify the DNA extracted from 30 isolates by PCR.The results show that 17 of 30 isolates contain sek gene.The detection rate is 56.7%.The present study provides the distribution of sek gene in S.aureus strains from chicken,which indicates the high detection percentage of sek gene in the isolated strains.
