摘要
使用青霉素Ｇ钠盐纯品溶液，模拟考察了乳状液膜法分离青霉素的条件．着重研究了提取率与膜中载体类型、Ｓｐａｎ－８０用量的关系，优化出最佳提取条件，在最佳条件下青霉素的提取率可达９２％，浓缩比可达９．
The extraction of penicillin G(PG) by an emulsion liquid membrane was studied under various operational conditions.The effects of surfactant concentration and carrier type on the extraction efficiency of penicillin G were concerned by us.Results showed that the extraction efficiency of PG reached up to 92% under optimum conditions.A concentration of greater than nine times that of the initial concentration of PG was obtained in the internal phase.The extraction of PG was performed successfully by emulsion liquid membrane.\=
