阴式切除手术治疗子宫脱垂的临床体会

目的探讨阴式切除手术治疗子宫脱垂的临床效果,提高临床手术效果。方法选取自2008年3月～2009年8月收治的子宫脱垂患者126例随机分为观察组(阴式子宫切除术联合阴道前后壁修补术组)和对照组(单纯阴道前后壁修补术组)各63例,比较两组患者的手术治疗效果。结果两组患者治愈率、复发率及出血量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。术后并发症及住院天数方面比较差异不明显。结论阴式子宫切除术联合阴道前后壁修补术治疗子宫脱垂是目前治疗子宫脱垂最佳的手术方式,术后并发症少、疗效高、复发率低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects and improve clinical outcome of the treatment of uterine vaginal prolapse surgery.Methods In our hospital from March 2008 to August 2009 treated 126 cases of uterine prolapse were randomly divided into two groups （vaginal hysterectomy combined anterior and posterior wall repair vaginal group） and control group （simple vaginal anterior and posterior wall repair group） 63 cases were compared surgical treatment of patients.Results Cure rate,relapse rate and blood loss of two groups of patients were significant differences （P 〈0.01）.Postoperative complications and hospital stay was not obvious difference between the terms.Conclusion The combined vaginal hysterectomy vaginal anterior and posterior wall repair is the treatment of uterine prolapse surgical treatment of uterine prolapse best way,fewer complications,high efficacy,low recurrence rate,worthy of clinical application.
