健康人群颈椎X线摄片在体检中的应用分析

目的探讨健康人群颈椎X线摄片在体检的应用价值。方法搜集近2年来颈椎X线摄片健康体检者865例,按照年龄进行分组,计算不同年龄段颈椎X线阳性率,并对阳性发生率进行统计学分析。结果 25岁以上年龄组颈椎病X线阳性率明显增加,25岁以下阳性检出率较低,25～35岁组与工作有明显关系,36岁以上人群颈椎X线阳性征与年龄、工作关系更为密切。结论 25岁以上人群颈椎X线摄片应作为常规健康检查项目,对早期发现与早期预防颈椎病具有重要的意义。
