老年人粗隆间骨折长柄双动人工股骨头置换术的疗效探讨

目的探讨长柄双动人工股骨头置换术治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法用回顾分析的方法,评价从2006年10月～2009年10月住院治疗并采用长柄双动人工股骨头置换的54例老年粗隆间骨折患者,从手术时间、出血量,术后6个月Harris评分以及并发症发生情况进行分析总结。结果长柄双动人工股骨头置换术手术时间短,出血量少,术后6个月Harris评分平均89分。结论对于年龄65岁以上,不稳定、粉碎性股骨粗隆间骨折患者采用长柄双动人工股骨头置换具有手术时间短,出血量少,并发症发生率低,关节功能恢复好等优点。

Objective To evaluate the clinical results of long-stem bipolar-femur prosthetic replacement for the treatment of old patients who suffered from comminute intertrochanteric fracture.Methods To Retrospect analysis of the long-stem bipolar-femur prosthetic replacement in fields of operation time,volume of bleeding and Harris score in 6 months after operation from 54 cases of old patients who suffered from comminute intertrochanteric fracture during 7,2006 to 7,2009.Results The operation time is short and volume of bleeding is few in the long-stem bipolar-femur prosthetic replacement,Conclusion It can get good hip function and decrease complications by applying long-stem bipolar-femur prosthetic replacement to treat old （65 years old） patients who suffered from comminute intertrochanteric fracture.
