危重患者院前转运的实践体会

目的探讨院前出诊转运危重患者的安全转运策略,为提高患者院前生存率提供依据。方法回顾分析长垣县1688例危重症患者转诊过程中的院前处理措施及方法。结果 1688例患者安全抵达医院并转送到重症监护病房及相关科室,无一例发生医疗纠纷。结论急救网络的完善、信息的畅通、设施的完善、加强对危重患者转运前的风险评估及沟通、及早干预、严密的监护,是安全转运回院及快速抢救成功的前提。

Objective To research the safe strategy of pre-hospital transportation of critical patients,and provide the basis for reducing mortality in pre-hospital transportation.Methods The measures of first aid for 1688 critical patients during pre-hospital transportation were analyzed retrospectively.Results 1688 cases were safely sent to hospital and intensive care unite or other department,and there was not a medical dispute.Conclusion The improving network of first aid the fast information,the more facilities,putting emphasis on the risk evaluation of patients before transportation,early intervention,strengthen monitoring were effective measures to safely return to hospital and successfully saving patients.
