孟鲁司特治疗支气管哮喘临床研究

目的研究孟鲁司特在支气管哮喘治疗中的疗效及安全性。方法 136例支气管哮喘患者随机分为研究组68例和对照组68例。对照组给予口服氨茶碱,吸入(万托林)沙丁胺醇等治疗;研究组在对照组基础上加服孟鲁司特,对其临床资料和治疗过程进行回顾行分析。结果研究组66例有效,总有效率97.5%,对照组52例有效,总有效率76.5%,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,研究组肺功能改善情况,与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特在治疗支气管哮喘中的效果明显,且安全性好,值得临床推广。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect and safety of tab monlukast in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods 136 bronchial asthma patients were randomly divided into treatment gyoup 68 cases and the control group 68 cases,the control group was given tab aminophylline,endotracheal inhalation salbutamol aerosol.The treatment gyoup was given tab monlukast at caeteris paribus.Then the clinical data and the treatment course were retrospectively analyzed.Results In the treatment gyoup,66 cases were effective,the total effective was 97.5%.In the control group,52 cases were effective,the total effective was 76.5%.There were significant differences between the effect rate of two groups（P〈0.05）.Lung function of the treatment group was excellence.There were significant differences between the effect rate of two groups（P〈0.05） Conclusion The monlukast has the effection on bronchial asthma.It is stafety in the therapy for the bronchial asthma.
