浅色导电颜料的研制

STUDY ON THE MAKING OF LIGHTCOLOURED CONDUCTIVE PIGMENT

用共沉积法在微细云母基片上包覆一层ＳｎＯ２Ｓｂ２Ｏ３氧化物，经煅烧后制得一种新型浅色导电颜料。本文研究了影响颜料性能的原料配比、表面活性剂及其用量等工艺参数。测试结果表明所得颜料导电性能良好。

Microsheet mica was covered with a coat of SnO2Sb2O3 by coprecipitation method.After being calcinated,a new kind of lightcoloured conductive pigment was prepared.The technological parameters which affect the conductive behaviour of the pigment,such as proportion of raw stuffsurfaceactive agent and its amount,were studied in this paper.The test results indicated that product was high conductive and heat endurance.
