运脾理气活血方治疗过敏性紫癜腹型的临床研究

Clinical study on Decoction of Strengthening Spleen and Regulating Qi and Promoting Blood in the treatment of abdominal type Henoch-schonlein purpura

目的:探讨运脾理气活血方对过敏性紫癜(HSP)腹型复发率及并发症发生率的影响。方法:采用随机对照的方法将我院66例HSP腹型患儿分为治疗组(33例)及对照组(33例),治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用运脾理气活血方,对照组则给予常规治疗。结果:过敏性紫癜腹型1年内复发率、并发症发生率分别为14.2%、14.3%,对照组分别为86.7%、62.8%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组复发缓解所需平均天数比较,治疗组为(8.0±1.7)d,对照组为(15.0±2.8)d,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运脾理气活血方能有效降低HSP的复发率及并发症的发生率。

Objective：To observe influence on Decoction of Strengthening Spleen and Regulating Qi and Promoting Blood to the recurrence rate and complication rate of abdominal type Henoch-schonlein purpura（HSP）.Methods：66 patients were collected and divided into the treatment group（33 cases） and control group（33 cases）.The treatment group was given Decoction of Strengthening Spleen and Regulating Qi and Promoting Blood on the basis of conventional therapy.The control group was given conventional therapy.Results：According to the treatment,the control group was higher than the treatment group in the recurrence rate and complication rate of abdominal type Henoch-Schonlein purpura.The recurrence rate and complication rate of control group were 14.2% and 14.3%,the treatment group were 86.7% and 62.8%,there were significant differences in the two groups（P0.05）.Recurrence alleviate days of treatment group was（8.0±1.7） d,the control group was（15.0±2.8） d,there were significant differences in the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Decoction of Strengthening Spleen and Regulating Qi and Promoting Blood can efficiently reduce the recurrence rate and complication rate of abdominal type Henoch-Schonlein purpur.
