Treatment of intertrochanteric fractures PFNA

目的:探讨应用PFNA(股骨近端髓内钉)治疗股骨转子间骨折的方法和疗效。方法:采用PFNA治疗股骨转子间骨折14例。结果:14例全部获得随访,骨折愈合良好,且无并发症发生。疗效按Harris评分,优9例,良4例,失败1例,优良率为93%。结论:PFNA具有创伤小、操作简单、固定牢固坚强等特点,是修复股骨转子间骨折较为理想的方法之一。
