综述了三芳基甲烷类热压敏变色染料CVL的合成研究,提出了以氯化亚铁—硫酸锰为复合催化剂,由米氏醇与间二甲胺基苯甲酸缩合制成中间体苯甲酸(Ⅰ),再经空气氧化得到高纯的CVL产品。

The synthesis study of triarylmethane derivative thermal and pressure dye CVL was proposed. The high purely CVL can be manufd. by oxidn. of 2 - [4,4' - bis(dimethylamino)benzhydryl] - 5 - (dimethylamine) benzoic acid ( I ) in FeCl2-Mn(SO4)2-EDTA disodium salt co-catalyst. The benzoic acid ( I ) is prepared from Michler's hydrol and mdimethylamine benzoic acid.
