摘要
通过对一系列紧张状态等温结晶的PET纤维样品热处理温度、热处理时间、升温速率与DSC热谱多重熔融行为关系的研究,证明关于各向同性PET材料熔融双峰的一般解释对各向异性PET纤维完全适用。但单轴取向纤维材料在结晶形态和结晶速度方面具有特殊性,以及其结晶形态对结晶温度和结晶前结构状态有强烈依赖关系。利用DSC谱的二阶导数谱。
Thermal behaviour of PET fiber which had been isothermal heat set under taut was measured by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). The relationship of annealing temperature, annealing time and scanning rate with multiple melting behaviour was studied. It was demonstrated that the general interpretation of double melting endotherms suitable for isotropic PET material is all adapted for anisotropic PET fiber. Nevertheless, it was pointed out that the speciality of single axle drawn fiber in crystalline rate and crystalline morphology should not be ignored. The crystalline morphology depends strongly on the initial state of the system and the crystallization temperature as well. Using the second derivative spectrum of DSC, the quality of fiber production can be controlled by DSC measurement .
