摘要
对自制的磷系涤纶共聚阻燃剂的热性能、阻燃性能进行了测定,并初步考察了该阻燃剂对聚酯切片质量指标及热性能的影响。结果表明:该阻燃剂分解温度为258℃,在聚酯中的添加量为3.2%时,氧指数为29。用该阻燃剂研制的阻燃聚酯切片与普通切片的特性粘数、端羧基含量、二甘醇含量。
The thermal properties and flame retardancy of phosphorus containing copolymeric flame retardants for PET fiber were studied. The influence of this flame retardant on the quality index and thermal properties of polyester chips was explored preliminarily. The results showed that the decomposite temperature of the flame retardants was 258℃; when the content of the flame retardant in polyester was 3 2%, the oxygen index was 29. The intrinsic viscosity , the content of end carboxyl group and diethylene glycol and the rheological behaviour of the flame retardant polyester chips were almost the same as those of the regular polyester chips.
