用低熔融指数聚丙烯一步法生产中旦丙纶长丝

MEDIUM FINE PP FILAMENT PREPARED FROM LOW MELTING INDEX POLYPROPYLENE BY ONE STEP PROCESS

采用熔融指数为３，分布指数小于７，相对分子质量近３０万的聚丙烯切片在进口设备上一步法高速纺生产中旦丙纶长丝。生产中，通过添加３％～６％的降温母粒，再配以合适的纺丝拉伸工艺。

Polypropylene chip with melting index 3, relative molecular weight close to 300000 and distribution index less than 7 was selected to produce PP filament on imported equipment by one step high speed spinning process. Added 3%￣6% chemical degradation masterbatch, the medium fine PP filament up to standard can be obtained by proper spinning and drawing process.
