摘要
分析了中国石化企业筹融资的现状，指出了石化企业筹融资有直接投资、发行股票和债券、融资租赁等主要方式，提出应给处于高速增长期的石化企业以信贷。
It is pointed
out that the direct investment,issuing stock and bonds,financing lease,etc.are the main ways of
raising funds for the petrochemical enterprises in China,according to financial analysis.It is
suggested simultaneously that preferential policies on loan and revenue tax be granted by the
state to the petrochemical enterprises during rapid growth period.
