一步法蔗糖直接转化成山梨醇和甘露醇的研究

Direct conversion of sucrose to sorbitol and mannitol

研究了蔗糖水解并加氢直接制造山梨醇和甘露醇的一步法工艺。利用已研制出的催化剂，在１３０～１４０℃，５ＭＰａ的氢压下，３０％～６０％的蔗糖中性水溶液可以一步直接合成山梨醇和甘露醇，１００ｍｉｎ左右可达到９９．５％以上的转化率。

The single step process of converting sucrose into sorbitol and mannitol by simultaneous hydrolysis and hydrogenation is studied.Using a developed catalyst,at 130～140℃,undert 5 MPa pressure of hydrogen,30%～60% neutral aqueous solution of sucrose can be converted directly into sorbitol and mannitol,over 99 5% of sucrose being converted in about 100 minutes.The selectivity of sorbitol forming reaction is 77%～81%.
