摘要
以双酚A(BP-A)和4,4’-二氯二苯砜(DCDPS)为原料,合成了几种不同分子量的端羟基聚砜低聚体(OH-PSU),并对其进行了乙酰化。对聚砜低聚体的合成工艺问题进行了较为深入的研究,重点就温度、原料配比。
A series of hydroxyl terminated polysulfone oligomers(OH PSU) with different molecular weights were synthesized with biphenol A(BP A) and 4,4' dichloro diphenyl sulfone(DCDPS),and then acetylized.Some synthetic technologies of OH PSU were intensively studied.The effects of temperature,mixture ratio and the particle size of potassium carbonate(K 2CO 3) on the molecular weights of OH PSU,especially the effects of solvents on reaction procedures were investigated.
