工业胰酶与国外常温软化酶性能及应用对比研究

A Comparative Study of Domestic Trypsin and Foreign Normal Temperature Bating Enzyme on Their Properties and Application

作者对国产工业胰酶和国外常温软化酶进行了不同条件下的活力测定对比研究，并且进行了软化应用对比实验。结果表明，常温软化酶软化作用更缓和、均匀、深透，分散纤维效果更好。

Comparative studies about the activity of domestic trypsin and foreign normal temperature bating enzyme in different conditions were described. Also,bating processes with above two bates were compared. The results demonstrated that bating action of normal temperature bating enzyme was more alleviate,uniform and thorough than trypsins. This bate also showed a better effect on separating fibres.
