摘要
本文采用一次烧成法制备出SrTiO3电容—压敏复合功能陶瓷,测试了样品的交流阻抗谱,确定了样品的等效电路,分析了不同氧化热处理条件下的晶粒和晶界电学特性。结果表明,SrTiO3复合功能陶瓷晶界存在多种受主态形态,氧化热处理过程中晶粒保持其半导体特性。
SrTiO3 capacitor-varistor multifunction ceramics are fabricated by single-fired processThe AC complex impedance spectroscopies of samples at different oxidizing heat-treatment conditions are investigated,by which the equivalent circuit of the ceramics are ascertained and the electrical properties of the grain and the grain-boundary are also analyzedThe results show that acceptor states exist at the grain-boundaryNo apparent effects are observed on the semi-conductvity of the grain in the course of oxidizing heat-treatment,while insulation of the grain-bounary are improved obviously
