摘要
主要对冷却塔混凝土防腐涂层的透气性检测方法-水法进行了研究和探讨,根据常用的国内外透气性检测标准,分别对透湿杯尺寸、试验杯内水深、实验结束时间、实验条件和数据处理等方面都进行了分析对比,得到了合理的检测条件。并根据得出的检测条件,对新鲜涂膜和老化后的涂膜进行了透水蒸气检测,结果表明:同一涂膜,老化后比老化前透气量更大。结合被检试样的扫描图片,验证了此检测结果的准确性,同时也说明了此检测方法的准确可靠性。根据多次检测,提出了涂膜透气性机理-溶解扩散机理,并用示意图详细阐述了涂膜透气性的全过程。
This paper has described the vapor permenbility test method -water method of the anticorrosion coatings for cooling tower concrete, According to some of the commonly used vapor permeability test methods used at home and abroad, the moisture permeability cup size, water depth, experiment end time, experimental conditions and the data processing used in experiment were analyzed and compared, concluding a reasonable testing conditions. According to the test conditions, the fresh paint film and the aged film were tested with water vapor permeation. The results showed that the vapor permeability of the film after aging was higher than that before aging, which was identified by the sanning image, was caring the raliability and accuracy of the method. A film permeability mechanism - the dissolution and diffusion mechanism, was proposed based on some test results and the whole process of coated film permeability was illustrated with a digram.
