Discussion on Formation Reasons of Vulnerability of Urban Agriculture and Strategies for its Healthy Development

本文从人力资源、土地资源、资金流动、生态环境方面,概述了都市农业脆弱性的表现,认为随着城市化进程的快速推进,机会成本的驱使,都市农业赖以发展的人财物生产要素存在不合理的流动,是都市农业脆弱性形成的主要原因。提出推进都市农业健康发展,必须提高认识,增强保护意识;促进农村劳动力的有序健康流动;改善投资环境,促进资金流入;加强土地资源的保护和市场化。

This article discussed the performance of the vulnerability of urban agriculture from human resources,land resources,capital flows and ecological environment.The main formation reasons of the vulnerability of urban agriculture are that the human,financial,and material production factors of the existence of urban agriculture driven by the opportunity cost unreasonably flow with the rapid advance in urbanization.To promote the healthy development of urban agriculture that should given more light on raising and enhancing protection awareness of urban agriculture,promoting healthy and orderly flow of rural labor force,improving the investment environment and promoting capital inflow,and strengthening the protection and market-oriented land resources.
