结合广东药学院生物医药类专业人才培养模式改革的实例,讨论了以科研促教学改革和创新人才培养模式的途径及办法,通过以科研促进课程体系改革、产学研及成果转化、创新创业实践、"创新班"培养模式等方面推进人才培养模式改革和创新。

This paper,by combining the reform of bio-pharmaceutical specialty of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University,discusses the ways to reform and innovate training mode from scientific research to promote teaching： research promoting curricular reform,cooperative and scientific achievement transferring,reform of teaching methods,practice of innovation and business starting to promote a comprehensive reform and innovation of training mode.
