摘要
医学是一门实践性很强的学科,培养基层医药卫生人才,实践教学起到决定性作用。本文介绍了浙江医学高等专科学校在人才培养目标实施过程中,构建并不断优化实践教学体系的基本做法,并对如何完善实践教学体系作了一些思考。
Medical science emphasizes practice,which is the key basis of training medical and health talents.This paper introduces our school＇s practice in constructing and optimizing medical practice teaching system during the implementation of talent training objectives.It also puts forward some thoughts for effective ways to improve the practice teaching system.
