摘要
分析了医学生人际交往能力培养的重要性,概括了当前国内各高等医学院校开展人际交往能力培养的主要方式和存在的问题,提出了用素质教育引领医学生人际交往能力培养的理念及内涵。
This paper analyzes the importance of interpersonal skills training for medical students,summarizes themajor means and problems of students＇ interpersonal skills training at medical colleges and universities in China.Then it proposes the concepts and connotation of guiding medical students＇ interpersonal skills cultivation with quality-oriented education.
