Delphi法在急性缺血中风临床路径诊疗方案中的可靠性分析

Reliability Analysis of Delphi Method in the Treatment Program of Acute Ischemic Stroke Clinical Pathway

目的:检验Delphi法在构建急性缺血中风临床路径诊疗方案中的可靠性。方法:确定急性缺血中风临床路径诊疗方案关键问题项目,建立咨询问卷,选择的专家涉及中医内科临床、中西医结合临床及基础、西医临床三个领域,地区涉及华北、华南、华中、华西、华东各地区,具有较好领域代表性及地区代表性。采用Delphi法对33名专家进行2轮调查,用积极系数、权威程度和协调系数检验专家咨询的可靠性。结果:专家总体权威系数0.84,第1、2轮专家咨询积极系数为分别为100%,91%。第1、2轮专家咨询W值分别在0.151～0.329及0.187～0.412。结论:专家意见协调性好,对评估的内容及关键问题的权威程度高,对于指标的重要性意见比较统一,预测结果可取。

Objective： To verify the credibility of Delphi method in the construction of clinical pathway of acute ischemic stroke. Methods： A consultative questionnaire of clinical pathway of ischemic stroke about the key problems was set up. The chosen experts who are specialized in internal medicine of Chinese medicine, basic and clinical medicine of Chinese medicine and western medicine, and clinical medicine of western medicine, came from North China, South China, Central China, West China, East China. They are representative of various specialties and regions. After two-round performance of Delphi method on 33 experts, the positive coefficient, authoritative coefficient and Kendall coefficient were adopted to test the credibility of this study. Results： The total authoritative coefficient was 0.84. The positive coefficients of the first round and the second round were 100% and 91% respectively. The Kendall＇ s coefficient of the first round and the secondd round were 0.151 - 0.329 and 0.187 - 0.412 respectively. Conclusion： The concordances among the experts are good and the authoritative level of the evaluation content and the key problems is high in the study of clinical pathway of ischemic stroke about the key problems. And the suggestion of the importance of the index is consistent, which will bring reasonable results.
