不同林龄马尾松林根际与非根际土壤微生物、酶活性及养分特征 被引量:38

摘要 对不同林龄马尾松林根际和非根际土壤中微生物数量、酶活性及土壤养分状况进行了对比分析。根际土壤中微生物总数及细菌、真菌、放线菌数量、土壤酶活性及土壤养分状况中的有机质、全N、速效N的根际均高于非根际,根际土壤的pH小于非根际。随着林龄的增加,土壤微生物及酶活性、全N、速效N呈现出"低-高-低"的趋势;土壤pH逐渐下降,而土壤有机质随着上升。 Comparative analyses were done of the microorganism quantity,enzyme activity levels,and nutrients element content in rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soils for different stand ages of Pinus massoniana forests.Compared to the non-rhizosphere ones,the rhizosphere soils were higher in total microorganism quantity bacteria,fungi,actinomycetes,enzyme activity levels and the nutrient element content,besides in organic matters,total nitrogen and available nitrogen,while their pH values were less than the non-rhizosphere soils.With the increased age of Pinus massoniana,the microorganism quantity,enzyme activity,total nitrogen and available nitrogen in soils showed a trend of "low-high-low".Also the pH values in the soils decreased gradually while the amounts of organic matters increased.
