摘要
对马尾松Pinus massoniana接种3种不同外生菌根即彩色豆马勃Pisolithus tinctorius、松乳菇Lactari-us delicious、牛肝菌Sp7,通过测定菌根化苗木的生长和营养等指标,研究不同外生菌根对马尾松生长效应的影响,最终筛选出对马尾松幼苗促生效果最好的菌种。结果表明:接种外生菌根提高了马尾松幼苗的生长及根系活力,并且外生菌根也显著增加马尾松幼苗根、茎、叶及全株的生物量;接种外生菌根显著提高马尾松幼苗中磷和钾营养的含量,但对氮影响不大;总的看来接种褐环乳牛肝菌的效果最优,其次是彩色豆马勃,最后是松乳菇。
Pinus massoniana were inoculated with three different arbuscular exogenous mycorrhizal(Pisolithus tinctorius,Lactarius delicious,Suillus luteus).By measuring the growth,nutrient of mycorrhizal seedling,the effects of variour exogenous mycorrhizals on Pinus massoniana growth were studied,and the best exogenous mycorrhizal for Pinus massoniana seedling growth were selected.The results are as follows:Vaccination exogenous mycorrhizal improved P.massoniana seedling growth and root activity.And exogenous mycorrhizal also significantly increased of biomass of P.massoniana seedling roots,stems,leaves and plants.Vaccination exogenous mycorrhizal significantly improved P and K nutrient content in Pinus massoniana seedling,but little effect on content of N.Suillus luteus had the best growth effect to P.massoniana,the second was Pisolithus tinctorius,the final was Lactarius deliciosus.
