抗战时期陕甘宁边区民生建设研究综述

A Review of Construction of People's Livelihood in the Border Region of Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia during the Period of Anti-Japanese War

抗战时期,中国共产党之所以能将经济文化十分落后的陕甘宁边区建设成为一个政治清明、经济发展、文化繁荣、社会和谐的模范根据地,与其在边区实行的富有时代特色的民生建设举措有着直接的关系。因此,通过整理分析大量边区史研究的成果,对抗战时期边区民生建设研究的内容进行综述,以期抛砖引玉,渴望更多专家学者将研究视角投入边区的民生建设上来,为今天建设社会主义和谐社会提供历史借鉴。

During the period of Anti-Japanese War,the reason why Communist Party of China could construct the border region of Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia with economy and culture falling behind,into a model base area with clear and bright politics,developing economy,prosperous culture and harmonious society has direct connection with the effective people＇s livelihood construction measures with rich times characteristic.Therefore,by the analysis of large amount of border area history,we get the content and give a review of people＇s livelihood construction in the border area during the period of Anti-Japanese War in order to attract more experts of and scholars to further study on people＇s livelihood construction in the border area,and therefore,provide historical reference to the current construction of harmonious society.
