用力学法测定几种植物单根纤维接触角 被引量:7

摘要 根据润湿力测量原理,采用Kruss K100MK2接触角测量仪测定了几种植物单根纤维的接触角,并对实验数据进行分析。结果表明:采用该动态力学法测定纤维接触角时,润湿平衡时间约为45s,纤维伸出夹具的长度保持在4mm较好,入水深度优选为2mm;该测定方法操作简单,可用于竹木等大部分天然植物单纤维接触角的测定。 Based on wetting force measuring principle,the contacts angle of single fibers of several plants were determined successfully by Kruss K100MK2 measuring instrument,and the experimental data were analyzed.The results show that with dynamic mechanics method,the optimal measuring parameters are:fiber length extended clamp is about 4 mm,immersion depth is 2 mm or so and wetting balanca time is 45 seconds;the method can be used for various fine fibers measuring with short length,such as bamboo and wood fibers except a few with extreme low stiffness and suppleness such as cotton fiber.
