摘要
目的：研究分析肺曲菌病的影像特点，以提高肺曲菌病影像诊断水平。方法：对9例经病理证实的肺曲菌病进行回顾性分析。结果：9例患者中6例为曲菌球，3例为侵袭性肺曲菌病。肺曲菌病的CT影像学特征包括空洞性结节、薄壁空洞、斑块浸润影或磨玻璃影。结论：肺曲菌病的影像学表现多种多样，但认识不同时期该病特有的征象，有利于临床早期诊断。
Objective To analyze the image features of Pulmonary Aspergillosis to enhance the imaging diagnosis level of the disease. Methods Nine cases of pulmonary aspergillosis confirmed by pathology were retrospectively summarized and analyzed. Results Apergilloma was found in 6 cases, invasive pulmonary aspergillosis in 3 cases. The image features of pulmonary aspergillosis include cavitated nodule, thin wall cavity, mass like the mottling infiltration shadow and the ground glass shadow. Conclusion There were various imaging findings in pulmonary aspergillosis , and some special appearances in different phases were valuable to earlier diagnosis.
