经阴道超声在妇科宫腔疾病中的临床应用

目的：探讨阴道超声在宫腔疾病诊断中的临床价值。方法：2008年6月-2010年6月本院收治的各种宫腔疾病患者120例，均行经腹壁超声和经阴道超声检查，分析宫腔疾病患者的血流特点和二维声像。结果：120例患者超声结果均经临床手术及病理诊断证实，经腹部超声敏感性86％，诊断正确率为71．8％。经阴道超声检查，敏感性100％，诊断正确率为91．6％。两组数据临床诊断符合率比较P〈0．05，差异有统计学意义。结论：经阴道超声检查是安全、简便的，有很高的敏感性和较高的准确性，是诊断官腔疾病的有效方法。

Objective： To investigate the transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of intrauterine disease value. Methods： In June 2008 --2010 June our hospital＇s 120 patients a variety of uterine diseases, were passing through abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound examination, analysis of uterine blood flow characteristics of patients and two--dimensional imaging. Results： 120 patients with clinical ultrasound results were confirmed by surgery and pathology, the sensitivity of 86% by abdominal ultrasound, diagnostic accuracy was 71.8%. Transvaginal ultrasound examination, sensitivity of 100%, diagnostic accuracy was 91.6%. Two sets of data comparing the clinical diagnosis rate P 〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： Transvaginal ultrasound is safe, simple, and has a high sensitivity and high accuracy, is an effective method for diagnosis of uterine disease.
