Probe Thrift Human Resources in the Process of Building Digital Hospital

目的：探讨数字化医院建设过程中，人力资源节约型流程的再造思路。方法：通过对实际工作案例处理过程的分析总结，得出结论。结果：按照人力资源节约型流程再造思路，设计的流程软件，上线顺利运行半年，反应良好。结论：软件能覆盖的流程均实现数据自动生成和传递；软件不能覆盖，而又导致工作量增加的人工环节，应在不增加工作量的基础上进行调整和限制，以实现工作流数字化，达到节约人力资源的目的。

Objective To explore ideas about the saving human resource in the process of building digital hospital. Methods Analysis of cases of actual work process,reach a conclusion. Results According to idea of saving human resources, design process software run smoothly on the line half a year, good response. Conclusion The process that the software can cover, the data are automatic generated and transported. The artificial links that software can not cover and lead to increased workload. The artificial links that software can not cover and lead to increased workload, are regulated and restricted on the basis of without increasing the workload. Digital workflow can be achieved, can achieve the purpose of saving human resources.
