电子病历是医院信息化进程中的必然趋势，我国的医院信息系统正向着经病人为中心，高度集成化和多媒体化的方向发展，影响和改变着医院传统的工作、思维方式，显著提高了医院工作效率和综合管理水平，我院电子病历的实现，使医院发生了质的变化，一是资源得到了有效配置和利用；二是医院管理日趋规范；三是医疗服务质量有所改善；四是人才队伍稳定，收入稳步增加；五是技术水平不断提升；六是工作效率得到提高；七是医疗差错进一步减少；八是综合实力明显增强。此项目已列入省级攻关课题。

The informationization in our hospital is developing towards the direction of high integration and multimedia and it is focused on the patients,which will affact and change the old traditional work as well as the ways of thoughts, in this way,it can improve the working effieency and the level of management in hospital, whh the appearance of electronic case,great changes will take place in hospitals. Firstly,we can make full use of the resources;Secondly, the hospital management will become normal; Thirdly, medical service gualities will be improved; Fourthly, the team of talent people will be stable and the income will be increased gradually;Fifthly,the technology level will be raised; Sixthly, the working effieeneies will be improved; Seventhly, medical mistakes will be reduced, eighthly, the actual strength will be strenghened. This item has already been included in provincial research topic.
