摘要 目的:由于探讨心理干预对减轻消化性溃疡患者焦虑程度的影响。方法:随机将40例患者均分为干预组20例,对照组20例,给予两组患者常规内科保守治疗及一般病区的心理护理,干预组与此同时实施心理干预,观察治疗前后两组病人的焦虑情绪。结果:干预组患者焦虑情绪较对照组有明显改善(t=4.159,P〈0.001),差异有显著性意义。结论:心理干预可降低消化性溃疡患者的焦虑情绪,促使消化性溃疡患者的好转。 Objective To investigate the influence of the peptic ulcer patients the extent 0fanxiety by mental intervention. Methods 40patients were divided into two groups randomly. Administer tow groups of patients by the conventional medicine department of conservative therapy and general endemic mental nursing care. Control group including20patients was accepted normal psychological nursing and observation group including 20patients was accepted psychological intervention. And envisaging before and after the tow curing groups of patients'anxiety emotion. Results intervention group were obviously more ameliorated than control group, the difference was significant(t=4. 159,P〈0.001) . Conclusion psychological intervention can relieve the psychic anxiety in the peptic ulcer patients,and get peptic ulcer patients better.
