45 Patients clinical analysis about if reoperation transplant prosthesis immedately when the failure of sollid silicon rhinnoplasty

目的：讨论隆鼻术后并发症的不同处理措施。方法：将常见隆鼻术后并发症分为几类，针对不同类型采用不同的治疗措施及治疗时机。结果：2004年6月-2010年5月，处理45例隆鼻术后并发症，术后随访3个月～1年，均获得满意效果。结论：隆鼻术后并发症的处理应根据并发症的发生原因，不同类型、严重程度、患者心理，而采取不同的处理方法和治疗时机，重点分析几类可在并发症处理时即时再行隆鼻术的几种情况。

Objective discuss the deal measure when rhinoplasty＇s complication. Methods to classify the rhinoplasty＇s complication and use different method basis type. Results by deal 45 cases rhinoplasty＇s complication, 3 months to 2 years following observations after reoperation testifies, that all patients got the satisfied appearance. Conclusion according to the complication＇s reason, type, degree and the patient＇s psychological to deal the rhinoplasty＇s complication. Major analysis the type of reoperation transplant prosthesis immediately when the failure of solid silicon rhinnoplasty.
