急性牙周脓肿的临床分析

目的：通过观察对牙周袋切除术的疗效进行分析研究。方法：将72例急性牙周脓肿患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用牙周袋切除术进行；对照组采取刺破脓引流脓液的方式，对两组的临床效果分析研究。结果：治疗组显效率为94．4％，对照组临床显效率为75．0％，经比较与统计学方法进行计算处理后可以发现，两者显效率具有差异显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：牙周袋切除术对治疗急性牙周脓肿具有良好的临床效果。

Objective Through observing the effect of periodontal bag resection were analyzed. Mehods 72 cases of acute periodontal abscess patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, the treatment group using periodontal bag resection; Pierce purulent drainage to control the way of two, pus clinical effect of analysis. Results Treatment group show efficiency for 94.4%, 75.0% for clinical efficacy, by comparison with statistical method for calculating after treatment can be found, and both have significant difference explicit efficiency （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Resection of the bag of periodontal treatment of acute periodontal abscess has good clinical effects.
