摘要
目的：探讨特发性血小板减少性紫癜发生的临床特征及诱发因素。方法：收集整理分析169例特发性血小板减少性紫瘢患者的临床资料。结果：特发性血小板减少性紫癜的发生率与年龄、性别、感染等因素有关。结论：控制感染、预防发作是减少特发性血小板减少性紫癜的主要手段。
Objective： To explore the clinic character of the idiopathic thromboeytopenic purpura. Methods： collect and analysis the information of 169 patients suffered from idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura. Results： the rate of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura is correlated to the age, sex, infection, and so on.. Conelusion：the methods of prevention idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura are controlling infection.
