长子县27例艾滋病患者抗病毒治疗的疗效分析

目的：探讨艾滋病国家免费抗病毒治疗的临床疗效、副作用和免疫重建效果。方法：2005年7月～2010年6月，对长予县疾控中心的27例艾滋病患者用国家免费抗病毒药物治疗，采用规范的督导管理模式，定期观察疗效、做CD4、病毒栽量检测。结果：27例服药依从性为94．31％～100．00％。死亡5例，他们的抗病毒治疗治疗时间均不超过两个月。21例的症状有不同程度改善，1例CD4持续低下，反复更换治疗方案4次，临床症状仍未得到改善。4例治疗满1年病毒载量下降（HIVRNA50coppy／ml），5例死于艾滋病晚期。结论：联合抗病毒治疗对艾滋病患者有确切疗效。

Objective：explore AIDS countries free Antiviral treatment efficacy and side effect and immune reconstruction effect, method：July 2005 to June 2010, for the zhangzi county CDC 27 AIDS patients with national free anti--viral drugs, regulating the use of the supervision of management mode, regular observe therapeutic effect and do CD4, viral load testing, result：27 cases medication adherence to 94.31% -100.00%. 5 cases died, their antiviral treatment treatment time are not exceed two months. 21 cases had different degrees of symptoms improved and 1 case of CD4 continued low, repeated replacement therapy four times, clinical symptom is still not improved. 4 cases treatment full 1 year virus （HIV RNA50 decline coppy/ ml）, 5 patients died of AIDS late. conclusion：combination antiretroviral treatment for HIV/AIDS patients have the exact curative effect.
