摘要
目的：分析新生儿呕吐的常见病因，从而对新生儿呕吐的预防及治疗护理提供指导，降低新生儿窒息等并发症的发生率。方法：对我院2008年度收治的100例新生儿呕吐的临床资料进行回顾性分析，观察患儿呕吐发生的时间，呕吐物性状及伴随症状等，并通过辅助检查，判断新生儿呕吐发生的原因。结果：100例新生儿呕吐中，80例（80％）为感染、咽下综合征、颅脑损伤和喂养不当等内科性呕吐，20例（20％）为消化道疾病等外科性呕吐。结论：新生儿呕吐除了与其自身生理解剖有关外，常见原因还有诸多内科因素和外科因素，因此，对于其病因诊断，要鉴别内、外科因素，做细致全面的检查，及早发现病因，采取正确的治疗护理措施，减少新生儿呕吐的发生率并有效预防并发症。
Objective： To analyze the common cause of neonatal vomiting, and thus prevention and treatment of vomiting in newborn care to provide guidance, reduce the incidence of complications such as neonatal asphyxia rate. Methods： 100 hospital treated 2008 cases of neonatal vomiting, clinical data analysis, observation of the time children with vomiting, vomit and other characteristics and associated symptoms, and through the secondary inspection to determine the cause of neonatal vomiting . Results： 100 cases of neonatal vomiting, 80 patients （80%） were infected, swallowing syndrome, traumatic brain injury, and improper feeding and other medical vomiting, 20 patients （20%）, surgery of the digestive tract diseases, vomiting. Conclusion： Neonatal and vomiting in addition to anatomy and physiology related to their own, hut there are many common causes of medical factors and surgical factors, therefore, for the etiological diagnosis, to identify, surgical factors, to do a comprehensive and detailed examination, early detection of the cause, take the right treatment and care measures to reduce the incidence of neonatal vomiting, and prevent complications.
