薏芽健脾凝胶治疗小儿厌食症100例临床观察

Clinical Study on Effect of 100 infantile anorexia treated byYiya Jianpi Ningjiao

目的：观察薏芽健脾凝胶治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效。方法：将100例小儿厌食症惠儿按中医辨证分为脾胃不和、脾胃气虚、脾胃阴虚、肝旺脾虚四型，给予薏芽健脾凝胶治疗。结果：痊愈率达85％，总有效率达97％，食欲、食量明显增加，便溏、盗汗等伴有症状均有不同程度的改善。结论：薏芽健脾凝胶能有效增强患儿食欲，改善症状，促进患儿的消化吸收功能。

Aim：To investigate the effect on therapeutic effctiveness by Yiya Jianpi Ningjiao in treating infantile anorexia. Method： 100 children were given Yiya Jianpi Ningjiao and assigned by four groups according to differential diagnosis by TCM： incorrdination between the spleen and the stomach;deficiency of both the spleen-- Qi and the stomaeh--Qi; deficiency of both the spleen-- Yin and the stomach-- Yin;hyperactivity of the Liver --Qi attacking the spleen. Result：The cure effective rate was 85%. The therapeutic effective rate was 97%. The improvement of the main symptoms including diarrhea,hyperhidrosis,appetits and so on. Conclusion： Yiya Jianpi Ningjlao can stimulate the appetits,improve symptoms and improve the function of digestion.
