冠心病心血管介入治疗的临床护理

目的：探讨冠心病心血管介入治疗围手术期的护理方法和效果。方法：恢复性分析我院2009年6月-2010年6月收治的90例冠0病患者的临床资料，该组患者均行经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术（PTCA），总结该组患者的手术期的护理方法和手术效果、术后并发症、住院时间等。结果：该组患者术后并发症为低血压5例，心率失常10例，ST—T1例，住院平均时间为（4．5±1．2）d。结论：PTCA治疗冠心病成功率较高，但是也要进行适当的护理才可以得到非常满意的效果。
