血液透析回血方法改进探讨

目的：探讨增加旋转透析器合并加压静脉端回血结束后评估透析器残血情况，以利减少透析患者失血，改善贫血状况。方法：选择208例雄待性血液透析的忠者。用随机分组的方法把患者分成两组。不分年龄、性别、病情、透析龄及透析频率。对照组98例，对照组对维持性血液透析患者进行生理盐水300ml回血。实验纽110例，实验组采用在进行生理盐水300ml回血的基础上增加旋转透析器合并加压静脉端回血。比较两种模式下透析器残血情况。结果：实验组中透析器残血情况显著得到改善。具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：采用在进行生理盐水300ml回血的基础上增加旋转透析器合并加压静脉端回血能使透析器残血情况明显得到改善。值得临床推广。

Objective： Combination of increased pressure rotating dialyzer venous blood back to dialysis after the assessment of residual blood, so as to contribute to reducing blood loss in dialysis patients and improve anemia. Conclusion： Back to the blood during the normal saline with 300ml increase in rotation on the basis of combined dialysis blood pressure venous return residual blood dialysis can significantly improve the situation. Worthy to be popularized.
